Culturally-aware coaching considers the influence of culture on the coaching engagement. Much as individual values, beliefs, personality, and other factors influence the coach's understanding of how to support the client, cultural factors are also critical.

    As the understanding of coaching advances, "culturally-aware" coaching may simply be recognized as coaching.
